Without a structured floor care program, VCT floors become dull and porous, tile grout becomes discolored and difficult to sanitize, and concrete becomes stained and rough.

VCT (vinyl composition tile) is the most common commercial floor surface in Las Vegas. Over time, floor finish builds up unevenly and begins to yellow and crack. Stripping removes all old finish down to the bare tile, and fresh finish layers are applied with a cross-hatch technique that maximizes adhesion and even sheen. Most commercial facilities should strip and rewax 1–2 times per year depending on traffic.
Between strip-and-wax cycles, high-speed burnishing (1500+ RPM) restores floor shine and hardens the finish surface. This service can be added to any recurring janitorial program as a quarterly maintenance add-on.
