Breakout rooms and conference spaces should receive attention after each use if possible, or at minimum at the end of each business day.

• Creative agencies and tech companies: Often have open floor plans where dust and debris accumulate quickly. 3–5x weekly is typical.

Las Vegas-Specific Factors

Las Vegas has some unique environmental considerations that affect cleaning frequency. The desert climate means dust infiltration is significantly higher than in most cities — fine particulate matter from the surrounding desert finds its way into HVAC systems and settles on surfaces faster than in coastal or humid climates. Businesses near construction zones, which are common in the Las Vegas Valley, face even higher dust loads.

Additionally, the heat drives more people indoors year-round, meaning your HVAC system runs constantly, which circulates dust and allergens. Regular cleaning helps offset this.
